Your second brain goes to meetings.

It reads everything your company runs on, keeps itself current, and takes your seat in the calls you cannot attend.

what it knows

One head, not eight systems

It has already read all of it.

The answer you need in a meeting is almost never in the meeting. It is in a thread from March, a renamed document, a merge request, a board nobody opened this week.

And it stays current by itself. New mail and changed documents arrive as they happen, the noise is filtered out before it lands, and what is left is written into pages that connect systems instead of pointing at them.

Two calls, one hour

It sits in the one you miss.

Called by name, it answers for you out loud or in writing, from what your company actually knows. Or it says nothing at all and just keeps the record. You choose per meeting, and you can change your mind mid call.

Default

Silent

Listens and writes. The model is never asked for a reply, so there is nothing to interrupt and nothing to spend.

On request

Chat

Answers in the meeting chat when called by name, using whichever model you picked for that meeting.

On request

Voice

Speaks in the room, and stops mid sentence when someone talks over it, the way a person does.

Afterwards the transcript says who said what, and the notes say what was decided. When nothing was decided, they say so instead of inventing three things. English, German, French, Turkish.

Two ways to run it

Your tenant, or ours.

The only difference is where your knowledge sits while it is being read. Connectors, models, meetings and languages are identical.

In your own Azure tenant

For material that cannot leave the subscription

  • Nothing leaves your boundary. Mail, documents, meetings and the knowledge base stay in your own resource group.
  • Your models, your quota. It runs on your Azure AI Foundry deployments and bills to your agreement.
  • Built as code. One command builds the whole stack, one takes it down. Nothing is clicked into being.

Hosted by us

For teams that want it working this week

  • Nothing to run. Connect Microsoft 365, choose what it may read, invite it to a meeting.
  • Separated per company. Each customer's material is written up on its own, never into a shared pool.
  • Connected by consent. Access is granted through Microsoft and revoked the same way. We never hold a password.
